It’s been to long since we’ve been here.This place holds a special place in our heart. We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge years ago and ate at the very first Grimaldi’s in Brooklyn. Best of all our wedding reception was at Grimaldi’s in the Woodlands.
We just moved down from Maryland, and on a whim, my daughter said she wanted pizza—so we decided to try Grimaldi’s. It ended up being one of the best last-minute decisions we’ve made since moving here! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server, who was also the bartender (rocking a man bun—wish I caught his name!), was incredible. Even though he was clearly busy and "in the weeds," he still took the time to explain the menu, check in on us regularly, and make sure we had everything we needed. He never made us feel rushed—just genuinely great service all around. Now let’s talk about the pizza... absolutely fantastic. The brick oven crust, the flavors, the portions—everything was spot on. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first when I saw the menu was just pizza and salads—no wings, no pasta—but honestly, none of that mattered once we took the first bite. This place focuses on what they do best, and they nail it. Highly recommend Grimaldi’s if you're in the area. We’ll definitely be back!
Very friendly staff that will welcome you and make you feel comfortable. The place is very clean, including the restrooms. The place smells amazing. Staff will help you with the menu if you have any questions. The food is fresh with high quality ingredients. Definitely a family friendly place, as well as a good date night place. Would definitely recommend.
We sat at the bar and had a great time! Wonderful drinks and service. The pizza is awesome with a crispy crust. New York style and they even make the water for the dough like New York water. The salad was excellent and very fresh. Not super fast but worth the wait!

I have been a regular customer since they opened, and the staff has always been super helpful and polite. They treat me like family. I absolutely love their pizzas. While they occasionally don't get it right—perhaps 1 out of 20 times or more—the rest of the time, they are perfect. When mistakes happen, the team goes above and beyond to make it right. I have no words to express my gratitude to the staff. Kudos to your team in Katy.
One of the best Italian places in the area. The thin crust pizza is one of the best I ever tried. Their salads and the service is also great. Pizza is prepared in an old fashioned fire oven, which gives the best flavor. The place is nice and quiet to have a great meal.
This was our first time eating here. Let me first start with how exceptional our waiter Lucus was. This young Man was amazing. He made our Sunday afternoon even better. We told him the type of wine we like & he recommended one. We were deciding between two red wines & He brought us samples of both. We decided to go with the one he recommended. He was very professional & you could tell He likes his job. He took a lil time & conversed with us. We ordered a meat & cheese platter which was really good. We also ordered a sausage & cheese pizza which was also good. We will definitely be going back! With excellent service like this there’s no doubt about it.
